The room was spacious and had big windows. The breakfast had a nice selection to choose from. The location was excellent, in the city center of Tam Coc.

The value for money at this place was great! The room we had was nice and bright, with a little balcony. The location was perfect, just a one-minute walk from the boat tours at Tam Coc harbour. The staff at this homestay were incredibly kind and treated us like family. They even gave us a free drink on arrival and provided us with a map and helpful tips on where to visit.

The only thing that could have made the breakfast better would be more variety in the breakfast items.

As a senior person, I appreciated the hotel's accessibility, with easy and safe access to the main areas and attractions.

I would have loved to see more assistance from the children working there in terms of providing additional amenities or services specifically tailored to the needs of senior guests.

We had a fantastic stay at this homestay, with a location that couldn't be better. Situated just in front of the boats, we were able to easily explore the beautiful Tan Coc area. the room was clean and comfortable, with a nice bathroom and helpful service. the delicious breakfast provided a great start to our day. We also took advantage of the convenient motorbike rental. a wonderful experience!

There was some early morning noise from nearby celebrations, but it was a rare occurrence.
